Chris, thank you for all your work on the map and this thread. I think its a tremendous success and i (and i am sure many others) enjoy being able to look at not only the weather, but what others have done with their sites all around the world.

I see that my weather station is on the map, located in Frederikshavn city, Denmark.
The correct location is an area called Kvissel Braending, which is located in Frederikshavn municipality :slight_smile:

Lat: 57.4677
Lon: 10.4270

I see that I can add a weather station to the map, but not that I can edit an already created station.

I trawled the web for some stations to add when I was setting the maps up and took a best guess at location if I couldn’t see exact coordinates on the web site. I’ve correct your station now.

Unfortunately there’s no way to allow users to edit their own locations on these maps. Everyone would need an account linked to their own station and that level of control isn’t available in the software. There are two ways to update stations:

  1. Send me details of changes (as done here) and I’ll update it.
  2. Add a new station marker with the details you want and then let me know it’s a duplicate so that I can delete the original.
