ECMWF/GFS problem?

I do not use the readydat.txt file, don’t understand why you need that.

Stuart

This path has always been on my program for years.
Could it be for WXSIM users in the U.S.

It’s only being used if the tick box marked “Include this saved file” is ticked. Otherwise it’s redundant but, IIRC, it was a backup way to download the GFS data if Chris was having issues with the server and ran off a script titled “ready_data.au3”. The last time I ran the script was 5th October 2015.

All your file paths match what I have here, except I import local data from my weather station log files as well.

Budgie,
That is correct, in that the box is un-ticked, and I have never ticked that box.
I also import Local weather station readings from my Weatherlink Vantage 2 Pro station.
They come from selections made on the “Local station data Import” screen
where I have all the options ticked.

Update 07-02-2024

At this time, scheduled forecasts are running without warnings or messages. (at least for now)
Considering the verification that my settings are correct from the posts above, and no noted updates about a bug pertaining to this particular issue with EUROMIX,
will consider that apparently, my EUROMIX screen is not updating, and perhaps is not supposed to.

Last “Model Initialization Times” are:
ECMWF 2024-07-01-12 and GFS: 2024-07-01-12

Will wait to see if any warnings about old GFS and ECMWF data will be affecting the accuracy of the forecasts, as a bigger gap between current date and the Model initialization dates widen.
