when i get my monthly weather reports i get 0 where not expected in red see sample below

i assume these are ment to be deg symbols but text docs do not like them is it possible to have a space instead

these are from the monthly email sent at 00.14 on first day of month and are the Averages\Extremes part of the email so were a deg symbol should be, is replaced with a “0”, email is viewed as plain text in outlook 2007 on vista
when i checked the monthly email i sent to work the deg symbols have been replaced with a “?” using outlook 2007 on windows 7
i have now checked yesterdays daily emails and the deg symbols are “0”, i am sending a daily to my work to see if it has “?” in it as the monthly had
what format and font are the emails created in by WD
according to my computer the degree sign "
you must have ticked
do not include any special characters
and have ticked
do not include the degree symbol
in the weather station type setup

the only tick boxes i can find relating to this
are in misc section in middle of weather report tab under ftp connections in control panel and neither are ticked
i have put the ftp file on but missed daily email times

this seams to be an issue with outlook 2007 and 2003
the deg symbols show ok in mozilla thunderbird on my notebook
