So i have WXtides setup to update tidegraph and show at top of the page have also setup #34 under internet file creations setup to every 15 minutes It is creating the tidegraph.bmp correctly but is not creating the tidegraph.gif as set for remote file name? it will manually create it only from the tide setup screen 10.37s B35 Windows 7
tide times only change once a day
why have it updating every 15 minutes?
the program is quite cpu intensive
I would change the frequency
the tidegraph.gif is only updated 2x a day by WD
as long as you have set to create the tide graph, under view, tides
Ahhh that explains it only reason was because it shows the current status on the graph by time at the bottom but I will turn the time off and make it work. Is there a way to have the HTML file use the .bmp version it appears to update more often???
the bmp file is created by the wxtide program
when you have that set to run
WD converts that to a gif (much smaller file size, hence why the bmp is not used), 2 a day
as long as the switch is on under view, tides (and the setting to create the graph)
Ok great I can work with that thanks for the help Brian trying to help a freind and he is using the old HTML templates otherwise this would have been sorted by now!!
