Just a few questions here.
How often is this file updated and anyone know what settings you should apply to Ui-View as far as the Internet and Max age values?

Just to answer my own question in case anyone else runs into this problem.
WD updates this file every minute. Proper settings that work here for UI-View are:
Setup → WX Station Setup → Radio=0, Internet=8, Max age=15.
