Hi

I am trying to install wspic.php to enhance my forecast icons but after reading the forum I am still not to sure where to use this script, I am sure it is simple but I am missing something

I have gone through the process of updating the weather scripts from that thread but the forecast icons are missing, the script is looking for PNG icons where as the new icons are JPG, do I need to edit somewhere?

There should be some code in there that’s calling those images. If you open it in notepad and do a Find on .png you should be able to find and edit that part of the code to call your .jpg’s instead. (Or you could convert your jpg’s to png’s assuming the filenames are the same.)

The new filenames are different, I will have to go through the various scripts to find PNG, not sure which.

Found PNG in config.php file and changed to JPG but script is still looking for old file eg. rain-d.jpg, new files for rain are raip.jpg etc

In that case I think you’ll either have to change the filenames to match the script, or the script to match the filenames. Sorry not to have better news.

Thanks Niko but there are a lot more new icons files than the old ones, will just have to try and nut it out :?
