It’s been a long time since I visited the forum as everything seems to be working OK 
But recently I have had a problem with my WebCam settings
In the set up screen there is an option to store the .jpg image to a specified folder before ftp’ing to the main site wwW.eatherMan.co.uk
But for some reason the folder that I have set keeps changing to the default rather than the one I want it to go to.
I am not sure if this is a bug linked to a recent release or what
Any Ideas?
What version of WD and what version of WD Webcamcapture.exe?
What is the directory you want the files to be stored in and where are they actually ending up.
Where are you setting the File Save at, what screen… Webcamcapture settings or Web cam setup from Control Panel?

Using Version 10.37 - WD
Using Version 6.2 - WebVamCapture.exe
I want to store in wdisplay folder and they end up in wdisplay/webfiles - Even though I initailly set it up for this directory when I reboot it defauls to the webfiles directory
Setting file save at ‘File Save’ tab in WebCamCapture Set-up
I have mine set to save to C:\Wdisplay\webcam and the settings stick.
Try setting to the directory you want (I wouldn’t recommend the main directory myself) and then let WD run for a bit making sure the files are going to the correct location and then manually close WD from Exit and then relaunch and see what happens…
Also what Version of Windows are you running?

I will try the settings as suggested…
It is just strange that after just on a year things should want to change
The only thing I have done of late is update to the latest WD version
It maybe coincidental but who knows.
