my web page is displaying veru poor graphics, sometime it displays normal, but in gerneral it is a poor dispay. Is this my web company problem or my software?

What do you have your Display Properties set to? 256, 16 Bit, or 32 Bit colors.
16 Bit Colors works for me.
system is in 16 bit display, but still no joy

What’s interesting on your site is that summary.gif on this page http://jumans.topcities.com/ looks OK, but tweedy on this page http://jumans.topcities.com/weather.html
I see they have different create times, do you run some program that may change the video settings?
Update: At the moment with timestamp 22.55.03 on the first page, and 22.50.06 on the second page they both look good.
Both site mentioned above look perfect to me. I do not see a difference at all.

i am thinkg of adding option to have all web images as jpeg
to get around this video setting problem with gifs
but it will take a bit of work!
