I have been running Weather Display for around 3 years now. The entire time I have been uploading Data to Weather Wunderground without any problems at all. Now my PWS is now longer being displayed on their Web Site. I have checked and double checked all my settings and I can not find anything wrong. I sent an email to Weather Wunderground and they tell me I am not uploading DATA. Can someone please point me in the right direction? What can I do or check to try and get this resolved. Prior to this happening I have not made any changes to my setup. Since this problem started a couple days ago I have updated to the latest version of WD.

I’m not really what to look for in the log. Or if I am in the right log or not. But this is what I see from one location. It doesn’t look right to me.

At the bottom of the Weather Underground setup page in the control panel, what is
shown at the very bottom of the window? There should be a line there showing the
last data sent. Is there data there and if so, what does it show.
Are you running rapid fire? If so, try disabling that to return to normal mode and see
if your uploads start working again.
OK I disabled the rapid fire. Will see what happened.
There is DATA at the bottom of the setup page. It looks current to me. Darn thing won’t let me copy and paste it though.

You could try changing the timeout duration; maybe you are experiencing some sort
of delay in the ftp connection every time, so it times out and you don’t upload anything
to WU. :dontknow:
I’m pretty sure my ftp is going out according to the line in the WU setup.
This is the response I got from Weather Wunderground. I don’t know what they are referring to when they say to try logging in with my station ID and password. Log in to Where??

We can’t tell why your station isn’t currently uploading to us. You may just need to restart your software or reboot your system. If that doesn’t work, try logging in through your software using your station ID and site password.
Is there any place else I can check to see if my Data is being sent to Weather Wunderground. There is a line at the bottom of the WU setup page that appears to be current. Any way I could do a manual upload? Besides the test data send.
I just doesn’t make sense that this would stop working after 3 or 4 years!
I got that OK, Thanks, I guess I got the other too but it didn’t register with me for some reason.
I can log on to that with my web account but not with my PWS account
I have a friend that is a programmer who gave me the http:// login stuff for the browser. I get an ID or Password error. I have the correct line with my real password.
Some way my password got changed to the password I use for my normal web log in. This is the one I pay for so I won’t get the get advertisements on the Weather Wunderground site. The ID for this was my email address. I wouldn’t think the 2 accounts could be related
Now when Weather Display does its updates I use my PWS ID and the password I created with the web sign up. This password was created years ago too.
The password that I was using in Weather Display for the past 3 or 4 years was changed by someone or something. I wonder how that happened???
Question: why are you paying for your Weather Underground account? Unless they have changed
their policy, if you upload weather data to them from a PWS, they give you the account for free.
You might want to check into that.
