Weather warning ftp error count ....was reached!

Hi,

The last few weeks I suddenly got the following email: “24max ftp error count of 24 was reached !
How can I turn that off?
What could be the reason why I am suddenly getting this about a few times a week?”
WD works without problems for many years.

The email might be from your ISP/web service provider reporting FTP errors on their server rather than from WD.

there is likely to be FTP errors occuring at times.,…and the count eventually got to the max
you can turn this off in the email warning setup
