Weather Underground – How to update each minute of data since last data send?

I sent the message below to WU. This option exists in Davis WeatherLink but I’d like to keep using WD.

Message to WU -----

I am still uncertain how to accomplish the following in weather-display “WD”

**** How can I send data once every 15 minutes but have you receive and log the data for every minute in the past 15 minutes?

I have a test station set-up - http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=KNMUNDEF3

I send data from WD every 5 minutes but only the 5 minute report is transmitted to you. How do we include the report for each of the other 1 minutes?

I ideally I would like to update you only every 15 minutes and get every one of the 15 minutes data. I am in a situation where we have limited dial-up access to send this data so I want to do it in batches.

thats a possibility
to add that option to back fill between updates that every 1 minute data, at each data send

its something I would need to add to WD
I was just saying that it would be possible for me to add this ability as an option to WD
