I am trying to put Metar to the Email address but it wont work can anyone see a problem with it. I have taken a screenshot for you to see.

Have a look through this FAQ & see if it helps at all. 
I just tried to “Ping” that email address and I don’t think it’s setup correctly yet as it came back with “Temporary Local Problem - Please try later”, so are you sure the email address is setup & working correctly?

The Email should work as the person says it is.

But i found a page setting up the email so i done that il will put a screenshot up soon.

I suspect you put a lower case
L (l) in the address instead of a numeric one (1). This happens quite
a bit. It should be [email protected]

That’s the email I used and got the error from. 
If you have a second email address, try adding that to the list as a test to see if you’re getting it through.
Also, look at the FTP log to see if there are any errors in there. wdisplay > ftplog.txt
Do you mean go into the FTP Settings?
And what button do i press to send it? (metar)
Are you seeing the WD FTP icon appear in the task bar at the bottom of your screen when it’s trying to send the email?
If so, then when it’s finished go to:
WD main screen > View > FTP Log
This will give you a new window with the log of the last FTP upload. Look down the list for any errors, or take a screenshot and attached it onto your post.
You can attach a file to your post by clicking on “Additional Options” below the main posting window, the file must be less that 128kb though.

And when it uploads it says ftpupd

That all seems to be fine with what I can see, are there any errors showing further down the scroll page?
It will be obvious and should tell you what the error is.
As for the icons, the Client Raw Real Time (yellow square) is your live updates of the clientraw files - normally used for WDLive.
The ftpupd (red WDFTP) uploads your images & other files to your server.
Have you tried another email address yet?
If you don’t have another one then use my address and we’ll see if I get it: [email protected]

But what button am i meant to press? Send a Metar or Synop now or Produce a Metar or Synop now?
Both, I think, as you need to create the Metar and then send it.
There should be a “test” button on the email setup somewhere if you can’t get it to send the Metar. This should prove that you have the email setup correctly.

Yep, That’s for Downloading Metar data from airports, you’ll be able to get Benbecula & Tiree downloaded & then you can upload them to your site.
You want to look down the list for “EGP*”.

I will try it out tommorow if it dont work then i dont know how im going to get it working. I will probably have to Email the people who have weather display and ask them.
