Some sort of stripped down version, free to download and use with minimal adjustments to colour schemes etc.
It should be as simple and intuitive to get up and running as possible.
Have heard so many times that people have downloaded WD but could not get it set up or were baffled by the complexity.
Maybe have it only able to upload to wunderground (for example) to make it even simpler to get started.
