Sure.
I downloaded the app. It installed. I checked allow automatic updating.
Down the bottom of the screen under the description there are 2 buttons:
Open Uninstall.
I cant click on Open but I can on Uninstall. So I cant open it to configure it.

the app is a widget…so you can not open it right away…
you put it on your screen as a normal widget!!!

It would be nice to be able to change units.
I have it now working on my Samsung Galaxy (I5800) Android phone. What I would like to see is an option to set the update frequency as I dont want (or need) it to update in real time, for me just when I click on update and right now its not clear how often it does update. As others have said it would also be good to be able to set the units although it works OK for me as it is.

Also the ability to specify the link to open when I press the widget. It currently opens my main page which works but is somewhat hard to read. I’d like to point it to my mobile page when I get it working.
I agree, changing units, and possible a config page that opens on first run rather then trying to figure out how to config it! Otherwise it looks very nice.
Another suggestion would be to make it wider to take the place of the EVO weather/time widget.

update of my Personal weather station widget is OUT now…
in version 1.1.8 there is option for English or metric system…(finally)!!!
and some improvement in landscape view…
If you tap on “weather” word you go in a preference screen that you can choose some options.
The update frequency always is at 30 minutes , but if someone wants more often can press the update button…

Yes to building a good app for android! I would pay if it was done right as I would much rather have a widget vs a webpage.
The one stated on this thread is Celsius only and extremely basic.

It’s a Widget. You have to add it to your desktop.

It IS an Android widget that you add to your Android home screen/desktop.
I installed the recent update with the English/metric option, pointed it to my website and am a happy camper now.
I installed on my Android and the application was running but an actual icon for PWS did not display anywhere on my phone.
My friend it’s a WIDGET and you have to add it on your desktop of your phone , normally as you add any other widget.
Did you add the PWS widget to your home screen? It isn’t visible in the app drawer.
