WD stopped working

I have been running WD since 2006 A couple of months ago it stopped working. currently 10.37 B 75 Win XP . I downloaded the latest version, but when I try to install it I get an error message. LAME _ENC. DLL Deliet File Failed code 5
the top banner says commport disconected.
Commports seems OK
Wireing seems OK
Computer old but seems OK.
How do I reload program?
will that fix it?

Hi
first problem:
make sure WD is not running when you go to upgrade
2nd problem:
you need to unset client mode:
control panel,ftp/internet setup, client/server setup, turn off the client switch (and main switch there)
then click on OK
then restart WD

I was able to reload program, and WD worked fine for about a week.
Uploads to cwop OK but not wonderground.
Now on 10.37 b 81
Now data is not coming in again.

ERROR see attached

I think the data is ok from the station.
I guess it is time to upgrade the computer.
