WD stalls when loading overnight data

I recently upgraded my machine to W11 and as normal leave it on overnight. WD has performed perfectly.
Sometimes I will reboot to machine or switch it off for 20 minutes or so. Each time WD loads the data from the time set in the data log panel and populates the graphs etc as expected.

The last couple of nights I have decided to switch the computer off overnight. When WD loads up, it clearly shows that it is getting data from the shut off time (previous night); but then it trawls the data and stalls. As per attached picture.

I then have to close the data window and end program on task manager and restart WD whereupon I change the data logger time to the previous nights date, time, press set, press OK - the panel closes - likewise the the control panel.

I then save and exit and restart but the program grabs the data from the current time and ignores the data logger time I set.

WD then continues to create the graphs etc but now with a missing section (see attached. Data after 10pm is current data on 30th August)

I have also reinstalled the program (143). Same thing happens.
Any ideas anyone.

Download a program called "“CCleaner” it’s free, then do a registry scan, (follow the instructions) and clean out what it finds, it may find leftover stuff from the old WD software, this can cause problems with a new install.

I had problems like your having, it fix me up just fine.

Funny enough I have CCleaner Pro and run it every day. Not picked up anything.

I normally leave computer on 24/7 but since upgrading to W11 have chosen to switch off now and then.

Brian - Is it a W11 issue as I never had this before under W10.
