I have a M1 MacBook Pro, :roll: and a Davis weather stationI have downloaded the Mac version from the website, it loads fine but when Its connected to my weather station, I am not getting any data, the clock and date etc are running fine. Previously I had a Windows laptop running Cumulus with no problems. Anything to check please
is it a USB data logger?
have you installed a compatible usb to serial driver? (e.g silicon labs)
does that driver show under control panel, com port?
Thanks Brian, I guessed it was a problem with the USB port settings, I had downloaded the Silicon Labs driver, but it didn’t have the neccessary permissions, I’m new to Mac so it’s a learning curve. Anyway, it’s up and running now. Thanks again
