WD not loading previous data or seeing WS

Just installed latest update and my previous years data and settings for grapsh etc are all back to basic and the only and not loading data from WS. Any ideas what I can do to get my old data and settings? It appears its loading a fresh install without any on my previous settings or data

If you have a backup, try copying that wdisplay.ini file into the wdisplay directory (when WD not running), and double-click on the wdisplayftp.reg file in the backup.

One other thing to mention is having a backup of wdisplay.ini and wdisplayftp.reg either in the cloud or on a separate device (NAS or external drive) can mitigate many issues if your PC/hard drive fails. I backup my wdisplay folder to a NAS and OneDrive daily. Having the folder backed-up in the cloud has saved me twice (so far…)

Thanks all, tried the above but still no historic data recovered or my GUI settings. So took a look and it appeared that Avast updated various drivers out software at the time of the issue. So I did a system restore to just beyond this and all is working again… So this was an Avast Issue but haven’t got a clue what it did.
