WD No Longer Updating

I recently updated to Version 6 Build 15 and it worked wonderfully for almost a week and then all of a sudden we had a storm here and wd no longer updates any values but my solar reading which is using my solar panel for our weatherhawk weather station. WD acts like it is working fine but is not updating any values. My data quality is green and it seems to be refreshing but the data is not updating. Is there any kind of log I can look at to help me with this or has anyone seen this problem before? I can pinpoint when it stopped updating and it was during the middle of a storm… could the weather station be damaged? I am getting data via a ip module from weather hawk and that seems to be sending it data like it should. I guess my main question is what logs should I be looking at and do I need to turn some additional logging on? Thanks for any help you can give.

do you know what the station is reporting for barometer?
post here what shows in the file
hawkipdata.txt
found in the webfiles folder

thanks for your reply brian. I have since rebooted the weather station but the problem persists.

The barometer is displaying 29.474 in. right now.

Below is the data from the hawkipdata.txt

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> SaveSite 0.00 Latitude 0.00 Longitude 0.00 Altitude_m 0.00 BPoffset_KPa 0.00 Int_timer 60.00 RainReset 0.00 BatVolt_V 13.66 Solar 249.69 AirTemp_C 0.00 RH 0.00 Barometer_KPa 0.00 WindSpeed_ms 0.00 WindDirect_deg NaN RainYearly_mm 1455.19 DailyETo_mm 0.24 DailyTemp_Max 21.10 DailyTemp_Min 0.00 WindChill 0.00 DewPoint -67.80 DailyWS_Max 11.70

as you can see, the data is bad (NULL data)
so that is a hardware problem of some sort

I thought so but i didnt want to believe it since the station cost so much! Thanks for the help.

maybe try resetting the station?

Yah after looking at this further it is def. something wrong with hardware just dont know what happened during the last storm maybe a power blip. I am resetting my ip server module to see if that is the problem. Thanks again.
