i downloaded your settings files and then deleted them from the forum (not something you want to have on a public forum (your ftp settings)
checking your settings now
a couple of things i see
in the real time ftp setup, under web files/web page setup, you have set to use the 2nd real time ftp…but its set to use your normal ftp server…its there to ftp to a different ftp server all together
another thing, in the ftp/noaa download, setup #2 you have the same settings as setup #1, but the location to save to is a ftp server location
next, under input daily waether, current text, you have ticked to use for WDL…but there is no text entered
but the real problem, looking at your settings files, is a setting that was hidden (after a change in the setup screens), the ability to set a new location to save the clientraw.txt files too …that setup was not visible…will fix that now…and you had that setup…and it was set to a FTP/LAN location
i.e
2nd clientraw location=\192.168.1.101\wxpages\wdlfiles
in the wdisplay.ini settings file
and the setting for to do that or not is in the wdisplayftp.reg settings (i.e in the registry)
i.e
[Connections]
clienraw 2nd copy=yes
so set that to no…
and that should fix the freeze up issue maybe

it was those hidden ini and reg settings. soon as I fixed those everything was back to normal. my WDLive was back to updating regularly every few seconds as well.
