WD 10.37Q build 75 no year to date rainn totals

How do I get the Correct] Year to Date rain totals on the main screen? If I click on the 0.00 I get the rain to date screen and if I go to detailed rain chart the correct total is there. I just updated to W7 from XP and moved all the files. What should I do now?

you can set the needed month and year totals under control panel,offsets and initial rain fall setup
