View WD on local LAN

I am still in the evaluation period of using Weather Display. So far it is working perfectly for me. I had been using CumulusMX in the past.

What options do I have to allow other PC’s on my LAN to view the main WD page or WDL? I have no need to be able to view from the WWW, just local. I don’t have a local web site running anywhere on my LAN.

What I am trying to do is to tell my wife how to look at our local weather on her Mac without going down to the basement to look at the PC where WD is running and collecting data from our Davis Vantage Vue.

you can set WD to client mode
(set the version running connected to the pc to server mode)

see under control panel, ftp/internet → client/server
it uses udp multicast
