I’m having a problem with the uploaded images being cutoff at the bottom. The local ones look fine.
It’s almost like it quits uploading the file before it finishes? I have upped all the timeouts in FTP, but cannot figure this out.
Also, when doing these uploads should all the files be uploaded during one FTP session? It seems mine is logging in and out for every single file.
Anyone else having similiar issue? Thanks for any info

could you post here what appears under view, ftp log?
also have you installed the full version to get the latest ftpupd.exe program?
If you are running winXP you may need to make the active title bar smaller.
This is if it is images like the All Time records ect.
the thing is though he said its OK in the web files folder
the fact wd is logging in each time make me think he has ticked to use these ftp servers in the customise internet and file creation setup
untick that
also ticking to rename the file in the connections setup in the ftp /internet setup might help too

Hmm… the realtime ftp works just fine. 24/7 I have installed the full build several times.
The FTP log does not look good. This is strange because it had been working for weeks. I shutdown the firewall on the server just to make sure and I have not touched pure-ftpd that I remember :?
It looks like the file does not upload if you are just looking at the logs. The files partially upload from what I can tell so I get the cut off image.
I have tested with other FTP clients and everything works fine on this account and many others so I’m not sure what else to check on the server, but I’m still digging around.
This is what I see on the server in /var/log/messages which is strange… I’m going to ask around.

i would say that your ftp server now needs passive mode,a change they have made with out telling you
tick to use passive mode in the connections setup in the ftp/internet setup
or a firewall is blocking it
It’s actually my server and passive is enabled in pureftpd and I disabled the firewall on the box to test.
I have tried it with passive checked and unchecked. I’m not sure what to do because it had been working and I can ftp all day with another client.
I was thinking if it was server related I would have issues with realtimeftp and other ftp clients and other hosted accounts.
O’well Thanks for the tips… I’ll just use WDL/clientraw for now 
you will find its a firewall somewhere blocking it or its the passive mode option…
after ticking that, re post here that ftp log latest report
i.e it should mention about passive mode

Looks like it’s fixed. I still don’t know what I changed other than trying to change the size of the summary.gif height and width, but what the heck it’s fixed.
