There is a correct procedure tu update WD?

1. Exit & Save from the main WD screen.

2. If you use the clientraw.txt or MySQL update functions, look on the system tray (right hand end of the task bar), double click on their icons and then close them down using the ‘X’ icon.

3. Run the WD installation program that you’ve downloaded and it should update without problems.

That’s a good heads up there Chris - I added this to the FAQ (making sure that none of WD’s applications are not running in the system tray).
