Twitter question

When I enter my stuff for WD for mac, when the data is sent, I get a notice from Twitter to enter an authorization code which are numbers back on the app. of course there isn’t any place to enter that information.

Definitely I have done something wrong here.

screen shot?

here is the screen shot of what I see after I authorize . I have some programs what will connect through the mac os and bypass this ste

it should be automatic, i.e no need to enter that number
I will do some testing here

That is what I thought. with the PC version there is no hiccup.
Had to plug the engine block heater in, cold and windy today and colder tonight. bbbbbrrrrrrrrrrr

it looks like something has changed with twitter (again)
I have contacted the author of the component I use

the solution is to go to your twitter account
then settings
then application
then revoke access to weather display

then try again to send a tweet

That did it. It works.

By the way do you have the tag for wind chilll? I want to change what is loaded. the mac version doesn’t have them in the tag list

%windch%

I am noticing another app seems to have the same deal. everytime I start either apps, Twitter won’t update.
I have to delete the authorization. then delete twitter from the internet accounts. add back the twitter access on the imac. then start back up the program. it then works until I shut it down and then we start all over.

I am guessing it has something to do with the api for twitter OR… it is native to Sierra OS.
