Steve are you using the latest version of WD? There was an issue with the switches about 6 months ago. Brian has since fixed that and I have not had any issues with them since.

You could also edit the wxtide32.cfg file, It would be easier than fiddling with the switches.

change the first four lines

#-hloff *1.00 0.00
#-lloff *1.00 0.00
#-htoff +0:00
#-ltoff +0:00

to decrease 1 hour (-) (+) for adding one hour

 -hloff *1.00 1.00
 -lloff *1.00 1.00
 -htoff +0:00
 -ltoff +0:00

Then start the wdtides32.exe and it will offset your tides one hour.

Thanks Steve I am using the latest version of WD no change for me when I use the switches unless you need to wait some time??? I will edit the config now and see how it works !!

:frowning: I made the changes in the config and still no change on my page…

Steve try running the wxtides32.exe as administrator (wdisplay) as well if your not. ( right click on the file then select run as administrator)

Also after you edit the config file did you run wxtides32.exe? you would see the change as soon as you do.

I’ve tried all the above I still have the changes in the config since last night and nothing has changed with the tide time…I can change the time 1 hour + or - for my dial but not the rest of the tides table…

interesting, take a look at your tideprediction.html file in the webfiles folder and see if the offset is applied to that file.

How can I get rid of everything from the chart except for the hi and low tides?? sunrise.sunset,moon exc…?

which chart are you refering to exactly?
(its always a good idea to include as much detailed information as you can)

sorry about that the Newton and Noss script everything is correct except I don’t want to show the sunrise /sunset and the moon info…

:frowning: No change Mark it’s still the same output as mine minus the dial and the graph at the bottom…It has to be something in the tide_process file or something not sure!! :frowning:

In tide processor file you can change these

//   If you do not want to show moon phase icons in tides put "yes" below       //

I have both of them set to yes that took away the icons BUT the info is still there I see most everybody else’s tide table does not have anything but High and Low tide which is what I want…

Also, maybe post your wxtides page along with the tide_processor script… We may find something that you could be overlooking.

I’ve tired it both ways all it does is show the moon icons or not on my end…

In your view source on your tides page, I see this…

1 hour, 11 minutes to low tide at 05:08 PM PDT

So them images will show unless you remove those lines.

The images on the page now I want it this I’m trying to delete…in the boxes with each day tides listed…see RED

I see yours doesn’t do that I’ve messed with everything I can think of and I can’t get rid of it sometimes it will say falling and rising also which I don’t want!! :frowning:
