I only noticed this morning in the freshwdl application that letters that contain hooks and commas are replaced by a question mark.
To check, I installed an older wd version of the S120 and everything returned to normal.
I reinstalled the S133 version and the problem returned.
I enclose two pictures, the first version 133 and the second version 120.

yes, i did change the code , as I had put the code into a thread
I did try and make sure the variable is UTF8 still,but it looks like its not fully working
the forecast string is not now used e.g for WDL, but I guess its still used for some other services?
i.e where are you needing this?

So unfortunately no change.
If there was a problem I would have to rewrite the text without hooks and commas, but it would also appear in the summary gif without diacritics.
