Solar Graph, solar sensor covered with snow

I noticed a funny looking solar graph today. During the sunrise and a few hours after I got readings at alot of solar radiation… lot more than usual. Thought maybe something was wrong…

We had some snow last night, not much, about 1-2 centimeters approx. Just barely enough to cover the solar sensor.

Could it be that the snow reflects the sunlight into the sensor? causing this missreading.

I guess when it gets back to normal, the snow has melted, since the temp just went above freezing…

Just an observation… anyone else experienced this?
