WU has indicated I have uploaded 7 images, which is about right
Looks like the date/stamp and weather update on the bottom isnt updating as it uploads, this gives me the impression its the same image all the time ?
The “overlay settings should be updating”…have a look at the webcamcapture.exe is open and you should see the variables changing in the image within webcamcapture…the time at least!!

Just noticed that maybe Budgie has had a similar problem n a current thread…he just had to get the Start initiated for some reason…here’s what he had to say from 1st input paragraph…"the webcam capture program starts automaticly, as it used too, and seems to be working but it just saves & uploads the same image until you click the “Start” button on the main Webcam Capture screen"".
Maybe try that!!!??
Note, if you open the webcam directory you have made, and view using “filmstrip” in explorer with the jpeg image highlighted you will see the image and data being updated within your own PC…That changing image should be the one that is FTP’ing successfully…
…Well it looks as though it is updating every 5 mins now…maybe success!!!
Well it does appear to be working ??
I changed the WU " select webcam image file" to tempwebcam - this file appeared to produce itself and was updating itself everyminute, so I used that, it looks as if its working.
I,m not sure how and will like here everybodies opionon !
Just need to work on the quality of the image, currently set at 360x240, wonder how high I can go to reach the 150k limit
It looks quite good to me… 
It is really a balance between what you want to upload total in kb(per month?) and the quality of the image required…changing the jpg compression in file save within webcamcapture and changing the image size can all help…I make videos from the images using WD, so that also has to be taken into consideration to balance the load being uploaded to my web host server…
