Setting up Solar reading with WMR928N

I am a new user to WD. I have a WMR928N and I have purchased and additional Thermo Hygro sensor so I can use WD to calculate the solar temp.

On the Solar solar sensor set-up I have sensor number for solar data as 1 and the range the temp range between 1.1 and 7.1. I get a core reading of 12c so I would expect to see a solar % of 100% (or more), but I get zero.

I am using the latest version of WD from the web site.

Also, if I open the graph “VP UV/Solar” the solar % here is zero but the solar temp is 22c.

Have I miss configured something?

hi
make sure you have the switch ON on that solar setup screen
and also try ticking use max solar radiation for time of day (but make sure your lat/long is correct)
and also restart wd to set everything in concrete
and get back to us

I had already looked at the links and tried everything suggests.

I have the settings as suggested.

Any other ideas.
