Restart PC - WD freezes shortly after

When i restart my PC, WD startdelay starts up, then WD starts up just fine, sending data etc to my website…

However, shortly after WD will freeze (no data upload even if the realtime client ftp looks ok…and notting happens when i click WD icon) and i have to ctr-alt-del and terminate WD. Then when i restart WD everything works just fine, no freeze.

This happens every single time i restart my PC. What can i look for to pinponit the exact problem that makes WD freeze like this?

Using Win XP, all updates…2 Gig Ram
