Hi everyone,
I recently signed up on weather-watch.com and I’m still awaiting a response to the token request I made over a week ago.
I’m not in a hurry but, the token request page indicates a waiting period of a couple of days to receive a direct link to the latest download by email, I have nothing in my spam folder and I wanted to know if there is a problem or it’s normal.
Searching here I didn’t find anything about it (probably in threads or with the wrong words).
I am confused.
If you entered your data in the fields and pressed the button “Press here to submit your request” you either get an error message explaining the problem
or
the direct link to start the download automatically.
The message then tells you to look in your download folder of your browser.
I am not aware any outstanding problems.
Please try again and make a screenshot of the message which is on the screen after you pressed the button.
Thanks,
Wim

HI,
meanwhile thanks for the support and sorry if I reply now but, surely different time zones.
Having said that, I hadn’t noticed that when I sent the request, a summary appeared to me with an error, which I report below, referring to the name of the website, evidently I didn’t quite understand how it should be written:
URL for your website seems invalid. Needs manual checking. (54)
Error occurred: Could not resolve host: www.meteopaparano.com
Sorry but that website does not exist.
One can not install a large template such as PWS_Dashboard on a non-existing website.
As a lot of script-kiddies and other nasty persons scan sites and try to break in, a small check if all typed values is the least i can do.
So you should enter the real website where you want to install the PWS)Dashboard.
You should first have a hosting contract with a provider before downloading scripts which can only be used on a webserver.
I apologize immensely for the time I made you waste … I’m getting old and I do too many things together.
I fixed it and downloaded everything, the problem was simply because in my site name I had completely omitted the domain.
If we were close, I would certainly have bought you a drink to make it up to you.
