I recently purchased WD and tried to register. I sent in the registration code from my WD and expected to get a code in return to complete the registration. What I received was an attached file not keyftp.zip, which contains the file keyftp.azs. My problem is that I cannot open either of these files and therefore cannot complete my registration. What file type association should I be using for each?

Are you sure you got this from Brian/Weather Display? You should just get an alphanumeric code in plain text in an email. Brian has had some trouble with spam filters killing his emails so follow the advice above and email him directly at [email protected] with your code and you should get a reg code.

i have sent a email back (the last 6 hours I was asleep , LOL)
Its a file to register the auto sat pic ftp
but a firewall or email virus checker changes the extension of attachement to nazs or similar it was a .exe file (i have had the same thing happen to me, and thought, what the?)
i.e the .exe is a self extracting zip file
i sent a zip too, but forgot to mention where it needs to be zunipped to
i have aactualy goofed everytime i have replied to dana’s emails, and i aplogise for that
