Brian:
The day before yesterday we had an earthquake near the Algarve’s coast, but the whole country fell it. I tried to see the trembling caused to the the asf streaming video, but the truth is that I have WD only to restart once a day and the movie became an huge file… I even didn’t get it to be splitted or manipulated. So, would it be possible to add an option in network streaming to choose the “weight” of video files, allowing a new video file to be recorded, in sequence, when the last one goes over the estimated “weight”?
i have not tested the asf to a file myself…which would be quite a good, a move file of the whole day, yes?
i think i can do what you require…i will have to look…once i catch up on other long standing requests/bug fixes!
Yes, Brian, but let me say that even a 6 hours file becomes uneditable… in WMP I couldn’t even move the cursor forwards or backwards, and in a splitter software the operation stops after few minutes. But if you can make it customizable, let’s say, for 1 hour video at least, I think it will be ok.
