Rain to date chart

Not a big deal, but the rain to date chart which opens by clicking the rain fall data or View->Rain Chart will not remember its last position. It always opens half on screen one and half on screen two no matter where i leave it.

i had it set in the compiler settings to always open screen center. .I fixed that
