When you adjust rainfall you have to adjust it up the range…
If adjusting todays rain then you have to make the corresponding adjustment to Monthly anf Yearly as well… This may be by design or may be something that Brian could look at for tweaking in the future… :dontknow:
I would think that if you caught an error quickly enough that using “Adjust all rainfall totals by this amount only” may provide the desired results however i haven’t attempted to use that myself…
I have adjusted the yearly total to what it should be,Then saved it and restarted the program and it still does not show the correct amount,Only when i go to adjust it does it show the right amount for each month but not the total for the year.
I am seriously thinking about getting the boltek LD 250 lightning detector and was wondering if know anything about this model,It is supposed to have a good reputation and the way i look at it is that it is only a few Pound more and you are getting a much better unit then the PCI version.
Dan’s link would be your best start… I do not have the Boltek lightning detector, too rich for my Boss’s blood, I am running the Hobby-Boards 1-wire lightning detector which has served our purposes very well…
I have to admit the Boltek units sure do seem very nice from what I have read and seen online, just cannot justify the expense for us as our main concern is being alerted to approaching lightning and severity which the hobby-boards solution does nicely at far - far less cost LOL
Hello Bob,
I have done some research and come up with that the LD-250 is mainly for mobile use that is why it doesn’t show the different strikes unlike the pci version,Which is what i am buying.
