Question aout METAR and weather description tag

A question about tag #49 called “weather desc” in clientraw.txt

I actually configured WD (latest release) to use VP2 solar sensor data during daylight and METAR data in the nighttime
When is night, the tag #49 look strange, it’s correctly translated in italian except the last section that is in english and incomplete.

I wonder if there are a way to translate the METAR in italian and why is incomplete.
To Brian: If WD need METAR language translation, please supply the text.

Last question, could someone better explain the meaning of the option circled in red “Use coded instead decoded to update the icons from the metar” in the image below

Please note that I’m using WD in italian, I switched in english just to grab the screenshot.

Thanks for any advice.

Mario

Here follow a metar from METAR viewer and the corresponding weather description in clientraw.txt

Clientraw.txt Tag #49 Weather Desc:
Notte/Nessun fenomeno/Cloudy with clear p

METAR:
Genova / Sestri, Italy (LIMJ) 44-25N 008-51E 3M
Nov 25, 2007 - 12:20 AM EST / 2007.11.25 0520 UTC
Visibility: greater than 7 mile(s):0
Sky conditions: mostly cloudy
Temperature: 55 F (13 C)
Dew Point: 44 F (7 C)
Relative Humidity: 66%
Pressure (altimeter): 30.09 in. Hg (1019 hPa)
ob: LIMJ 250520Z /////KT 9999 FEW040 BKN070 13/07 Q1019
cycle: 5

My WD setup:

not easy to translate metar data, as its so variable, the descriptions that can be in there

coded instead of decoded:
decoded is nice easy to read english
coded is the raw metar data
e,g
BKN
which means Broken Clouds

as against decoded
which would be
Partly cloudy
as an example
