Purple Air graph and meter not updating

I got my API READ key and WD is tracking the data but aqi.gif and aqimeter.gif are not updating and being sent to the server. When I open View\Air Quality it immediately updates and that one is sent to the server. I have the “Upload graph and dial image to web every 10 minutes” box checked in setup. What am I missing?

In my case I did not checkmark the second checkbox “Purple Air Api”. I only have the top checkmarked. The second box is unchecked. Try it and wait 30 minutes or more and see if that works.
