Problem with WD on Catalina

Hi all,

I have been a user of the Windows version of WD for about 10 years.
Now I am trying to help someone who is new to WD and has always used Weatherlink on his Mac PC.
After his PC has been upgraded with Catalina, Weatherlink no longer works.
I advised him to start using WD. He wants to try it and then may be buy it when it works well and meets his expectations.
Today I installed WD with him (I helped by Teamviewer). For information, I don’t know anything about Mac pc`s (IOS).
I did get WD working and tried to import Data from the past month through the data logger. This went well until the PC was restarted. By the way, the latest version of Siliconlabs usb driver 5.2.2 has been installed.
After starting WD, the screen of the data logger opens to import the data. At that time, WD crashed.

Someone recognizes this?
Anyone have an idea what to do?

I think this problem is the same as this:
Need testers for new 64 bit version of WD Mac :) ??

I saw also that WD stopped when I tried to resize objects on mainscreen.
I can move objects, but cannot resize.

yes you can only move when doing the main screen customisation, sorry, on the mac version

you can resize the WD main screen via the menu option along the top
