PC crash and app not working

Hi

ok I have had WD working for several years, I had my PC die, reset everything back up and it all works

I just cant get the android app to display anything more the -2.1C
I am not sure if its me putting in the incorrect info into the android app (new phone not had app running on here)
or I have forgotten something in the WD setup

do I need in the app http://URL-location/wdisplay/clientraw.txt or just http://URL-Location?
neither work so I think I have missed something somewhere
