So I am getting graphs. But the Max-Min temp & Max Wind gust are staying the same & not updating. Any ideas? By the way thanks for all the help!
It doesn’t look as if the cronjob is running, there has been no midnight rollover for a couple of days and the -100 value is still showing in the “Today” column in History.
Once you get the history rolling over correctly you can change the -100, if it still appears there, for the correct value from WU.
BTW if you go to the “Other” tab in easyweathersetup and check “Show warning mark for outdated history a.s.o.” you get a mark (usually a tick) at the bottom of the dashboard. If you click that you get a popup that shows the status of various actions and makes it easier to see what’s happening - or not.
I think the easiest way to get a cron job to run every 5 minutes is to get a free user at e.g. cron-job.org.
Regarding wureports and wuhistory:
Are you sure you have installed these two script “packages”?
These are separate “packages” that are installed outside of the pwsWD folder.

but I’m pretty sure your cron job is not running properly.
At midnight, the cron job should do a “roll_over”.
It hasn’t happened in 192 days.
You need to set up a cron to run the script https://www.sporttiger.com/pwsWD/PWS_cron_stationcron.php every 5 minutes. If that’s what you think you’ve done, it ain’t working. When you do get it working it will update the small blocks and the history at rollover. Then you can correct any errors in the history.
Because clientraw gives me the daily max/mins I don’t use the multi version of the temp_c_small.php and wind_c_small.php blocks. Right at the start of those scripts there is a choice for the display. If you set ‘day’ instead of ‘multi’ you’ll get the daily values and you can use history (when it’s working!) for the rest.

Only the pwsWD uses a cron job if you are using cron-job.org to do the cron job just paste the url in bitsostings last post which is pointing to the required script in the required url box and set up for 5 minutes then check back after it runs see if successful
Your Saratoga template only uses testtags and clientraw data to update that and does not use any cron jobs
