Is this supported by latest weather display, I try mine and get Usb ok(and some other stuff) but I don’t get any data in the program. I’ve tried setting the program to the wmr200 and wmr100 but with the same result. Is there Anyway lf getting this to work? I’m using windows home server 2011.
Fyi. Its a station with rain, wind, outside temp and humidity aswell as inside temp and humidity. Im gonna attach 4 more temp/humid sensors to it in about a week.
I have it running with ambient weathers Virtual Weather Station (on trial version), but have been recommended WD and would like to try that out. Also OS own software works aswell. There is however, no wmrs200 option in WD =/

ive read the followind

So it just started working after about half an hour with the WMR100 setting, however the received data doesnt seem right. Right now i have outside 13degrees celcius and according to WD, but according to Accuweather (forecast) and Virtual Weather Station, i only have 3.1(forcast 4) degrees celcius.
There must be something wrong in how the WD takes care of that data!??! The other data seems to be correct, Hpa, wind etc.
Noting that the 13degrees is in RED, and the other stuff is in green text.
so its working as a wmr100 type station?
make sure you have the outdoor temperature sensor number to use set as 0 (default)
in the weather station type setup
as 13C is just a default value (i.e means WD is not getting any temperature data)
does the outdoor temperature show up in the separate running wmr100 program?
thanks for your input, the outdoor sensor works fine in both virtual weather station and oregon scientifics own program(which the station was bundled with). The wmrs200 have like no settings on the reciever(its a displayless weather station that only works if you have a pc). I just can’t find a list of connected sensors in wd, on choosing station wmr100 , I can’t see any sensors whatsoever, nor can I see that there is supposed to be any showing. Is this done in wd or in some config file?
have you checked to make sure that the sensor number to use for outdoor temperature is set to 0
(default)
in the weather station type setup, wmr100/200 setup?
nm, I found out what you meant. I had tried to change logger no. When I tried to use wmr200 station. Whenmi set it to 0 like you said, its working! Many many thanks for the help, I wouldn’t have made the connection myself as the logger no. Was on the next row, the one with wmr200.
