here i could not find any programm
C:\Users(User-Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
i think there is another problem
try using
http://www.weather-display.com/downloadfiles/startupman.zip
(i.e unzip…then run…then close…then run again…then delete duplicate entry)
or use regdit.exe and search for WeatherD.exe and delete duplicate entry

should i remove that?
