if the data is in your logfile, 32011lg.txt

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunelaty the logfile now start on 4-3-2011 21h30. All the the data before this time are lost.

do you have a back up of the data /logfiles?
is the last 31 days graph data intact/full/ok?
if so, then you can can create a log file from that last 31 days data file
and then extract out of that the missing data to append to the start of the logfile
Go back through View - Graph history to see if those days are present in graph form. If they are, then the digital datafiles are ok and can be used to regenerate the logfile and the history tables for NOAA. But if those graphs are missing data, and if your logfiles (text format) are missing data too then it is not available for those days.
TK
no, thats not the case
as the noaa reports are created from that data file
So I said:
If they [the graphs] are [ok], then the digital datafiles are ok and can be used to regenerate the logfile and the history tables for NOAA.
So that’s not true then?
Graeme
if the last 31 days graph shows data for those missing days, then that last31daysdata.inf data file can be used to get data to add back to the logfile
(see my post above)
OK thanks.
I can’t find the missing days in the data and logfiles, even in the 31daysdata.
Only the WUgraphs on my site let see the missing days. http://www.jvrijswijk.nl/wxwugraphs.php
Is it possible to convert the WUdata to a logfile?
Regards, Jan
P.S. I still found the missing days in my daily True Image backupfiles.
yes, you can download and import WU data (tabular csv data)
into WD
via action, import…
I would do that in a separate WD install location (i.e install WD to a new location and run from there (so that separate data and logfiles)
(set the needed logfile units first)
