I think it may clear if left, I did the same thing and it took a while to go.
Have you corrected the monthly total of rain as well as the daily one?
I’m a little new to this side of the program so maybe someone else can assist if that doesn’t work.
Did you try Control Panel - Offsets and Initial Rain - Adjust all Rainfall totals by this amount only? Enter a negative value and click Set and then Yes…

Tried all the suggestions but did not have the desired effect. If I did put in an offset to get it right then it got the current right but made into an overall minus quantity for the year which it should not be. Surprised the s/w allows that to happen.
In the end I just uninstalled and cleared out the registry so am not back to clean records.
Is it right that WD stores its history in the Registry? I hate programs that do that. If I restore an earlier image that will mean a lot of info is lost. Is there a means of exporting the info without having to go through the registry?
