I think, you are meteorological forecaster - professional, maybe you know, what kind of visibility use general aviation pilots for VFR in new update of METAR report? Prevailing visibility, or less meteorological visibility on runway?

I’m not a forecaster, just enjoy tracking my local weather. VFR requirements have not changed that I know of, so how this affects pilots I do not know. Good question, I will have to do some research.
