I use SpeedTyping which allows you to type one word and it auto types out the data associated with that word…

Ok for instance if I type “wd backup” as one word this is what happens:
“Email me your WD files for local testing, for details on backing up your files please view:
Saving Settings/Configuration Files for Troubleshooting”
