Navigation bar

Hi all

I am trying to add some more links to my navigation bar. The problem i have is i now have a space between some of the links which i don’t want.

Could this problem be in the css sheet or the wxlocal file?

Have tried everything i can think of and still cant fix the problem. #-o

Fixed

Missing some forward slashers.

Hello Gary,

I just went to your page, and noticed the left side bar text titles, for 'graph’s", “sun & moon” and all the other’s are a very light colored Orange…they are very hard to view for the viewer, and you may want to consider changing them to an easier to see color for your viewer’s.

after I have clicked on any of them, they stay a darker color which is easy to see. that is the visited links color I believe.

the color needs to be changed inside the CSS file

just a suggestion, and you may do as you wish, since it is your site, but thought I would give you a viewer’s point of view , about this…Chris

Hi Chris

When i look at the menu in my browser the color is a grey and dark orange when clicked. 8O 8O
Not sure how you see light orange.

Gary.

I see a light orange too and a blue when moused over and bold burgundy when clicked… and I use Opera 9.2 which seems to be immune to strange things that FF is… esp with formatting. Opera behaves quite like IE for most things, except for blocking and copying objects and mixed text in a table - I gotta go back to IE for that.

Keep it up though

I see the same thing as TokKiwi while using Firefox.

Thanks guys for your input. When i get some spare time i will look at changing the colors to suit all browsers.

Hello again Gary,

I Just happened to check your website again today (sept. 2nd)…and the color’s now look much better.

one thing I dont understand is why you would want all those google ad’s on your website?

chris

Funny… I don’t see them at all… blocked automatically by AdBlock Plus… turning it off, I see them along with the DVD ad… but its back on so they are gone…

Hello Kevin…Interesting program that adblock plus…I found it here:

will check it out…Thank you, Chris

Then…after I started up firefox, I realized it is available through there as one of their extensions/add ons…

I have firefox and IE, But most the time I forget and use IE, Anyways to make a long story short, I installed it and tested it out…Works nicely. this should remind me to stay with firefox, and forget about IE.

bad habbit’s are hard to break…

Thanks again Kevin for the “head’s up” on this…chris
