I have noticed my WD console’s Indoor temperature and inddor humidity stays at 31.4 degrees celsius and 61% Humidity even the GWCRON1000 gets its actual value ?
the CRON reads 28.5 degrees celsius and indoor humidity at 92% and it changes over time but in the console it stays at 31.4 celsius and 61% Humidity.
Even in clientraw.txt file output are the same and it stays on that value.
Kindly help me to solve the source of the problem?
Looks like your crongw1000 is losing data because that left hand pane should contain raw data, maybe it is losing connection. Can you say what gateway you have? Also what f/w is your gateway running?
Looks like a connection issue to me. Mine runs 24x7 for weeks on end.
The raw Fine is okay maybe it missed on my Screenshots because while read in from the gateway is too fast where the screenshot missed it heres my new screen shot including shown the raw data all of them are working fine except for the Indoor humidity and Indoor temperature.
Interesting, I don’t run that version of WD or crongw1000 - mine are older and they work so I have not updated. Do you have the files to reinstall the previous working level of WD you were running? I suspect this could be a bug in WD but I have no idea. Someone else reported a bad install file so maybe that could be a cause. Looking at the file sizes previous WD downloads were around 200mb and this one is 142mb which I think is suspicious.
After a whole night to discover the trouble, I finaly found the cause its in wdisplay.ini file WHERE all the PARSE from the console goes here. I discovered that theres incompatible to the OLDER wdisplay.ini, therefore I copied all historical records then pasted it to new wdisplay ini file then it fixed. You can update your older WD to version 143 just copy and paste the wdisplay ini to main folder and the log files and webfile folders it will worked again smoothly in newer version. Only in wdisplay.ini has bugs on it so I suggest to save your old wdisplayini from your old versions just in case theres an issue like this.
