For some reason, when I upgraded to Build 38 dated 3/23 @ 01:46:16 the monthly report now generates without all of the prior days FWI data. New days since the upgrade DO have FWI data.
Both my live and test systems did this.

but a restart (of any version)
where that data is lost

Is there a way to recover it from my daily backups and if so, how.
No major deal if it’s lost for good. I can always start fresh when you get it solved.

Slight update - I actually rebooted/restarted yesterday around 7:30 PM and this morning the report still showed FWI data for the 27th, 28th, and 29th. This was with Weather-Display V10.37Q-(b38) last started 7:27:41 PM 3/29/2011.

Yep, reboots may or may not cause all the FWI data in the monthly report to be lost. Sometimes when I reboot the data is still there next day and sometimes it isn’t. Don’t know what the difference is one time to the next.
